These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and zh889 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at zh889.cam and all associated services, features and content provided therein.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to zh889 is available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater.
• You are registering as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, commercial entity or syndicate.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on zh889.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of zh889 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and with full understanding of the financial risk that gambling involves.

Registering an account constitutes a representation by you that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. Any material misrepresentation will entitle zh889 to close your account and, where fraud is evident, report the matter to relevant authorities.

To access betting and casino services on zh889, you must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on zh889 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zh889 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit balances therein, including any bonus funds.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. zh889 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain credential security.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the zh889 support team. Accounts subject to pending KYC requests, active self-exclusion applications or ongoing fraud investigations may not be closed immediately.

zh889 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity, age and payment details of users, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. The following documentation may be required:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming the user is of legal gambling age.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Payment Verification: Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of account, last four digits of card).

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. zh889 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform cashier and are subject to change. Payment channels familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as contextual examples; actual availability of these channels must be confirmed within the Platform at the time of transaction. zh889 makes no representation that any of these providers endorse, process or support gambling transactions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements. zh889 will endeavour to process withdrawals within the timeframe stated in the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification status. We reserve the right to request additional verification before releasing funds.

Account balances are maintained and displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for user reference. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of transaction as stated in the Platform cashier. zh889 is not responsible for currency exchange losses.

zh889 reserves the right to delay, reverse or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, linked to matched betting or otherwise in breach of these Terms. In such cases, zh889 may request further information and may report the matter to relevant financial or regulatory authorities.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports, casino and other wagering markets available on zh889:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Accepted bets may not be changed, amended or cancelled by the user after confirmation.
• zh889 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a manifest error in odds, lines or market description. In such cases, stakes will be returned.
• In-play (live betting) odds are subject to rapid change. The odds displayed at the moment you click "Place Bet" constitute the odds at which your bet is confirmed; any change in the interim will be communicated prior to confirmation.
• Match outcomes, including cricket PSL and ICC matches, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. zh889 follows the official outcome for settlement purposes.
• Accumulator and parlay bets require all selections to win or be settled as applicable (e.g., dead heat rules, each-way terms) for the full payout to be awarded.
• zh889 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual users, markets or events at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Any bet reasonably suspected of forming part of a matched betting, arbitrage or bonus abuse strategy may be voided and the account reviewed.

Sport-specific rules (cricket, football, UFC, esports, etc.) are available within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

zh889 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is intended for one (1) eligible account per individual, household, device, IP address or payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in most scenarios, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion (e.g., 20x, 30x the bonus amount).
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games commonly contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports markets may contribute at lower percentages, as stated in the promotion terms.
• zh889 reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a user has already received a bonus, the wagering conditions in force at the time of receipt will continue to apply.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus conditions — including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk hedging strategies or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on zh889. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Opening or using the account of another person, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Deploying automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or manifest pricing errors in bad faith.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing awareness or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, extract or replicate any part of the Platform's source code, algorithms or proprietary data.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

All content on the zh889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, sound files, user interface design and software code — is the intellectual property of zh889 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of zh889.

The zh889 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

zh889 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss permitted within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further play is blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Automated alerts and forced session termination when a self-defined play duration is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account blocking for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. During exclusion, all Platform access is blocked and marketing communications are suspended.

• Decisions made by users on the basis of information provided on the Platform that the user relies on at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits zh889's liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by its negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". zh889 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose.

zh889 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered users via account notification or on-platform messaging prior to the changes taking effect.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 4.4.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh889 holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you agree that any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

For users located in Pakistan: access to zh889 does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract that is enforceable under Pakistani law. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable domestic legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. zh889 does not seek to facilitate breaches of Pakistani law and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Pakistani user's decision to use the Platform.
